I’m a Fertility Awareness Educator, certified Labor Doula, and full-spectrum body literacy advocate.

I have felt called from a young age to work with people through menstruation, fertility, pregnancy, birth, and beyond. I remember pulling my mom’s old nursing books off the shelf and sitting in the floor to read about menstrual cycles and vulvas.

Fertility awareness methods were the light in the darkness when I decided that hormonal birth control was not working for me. I stumbled upon FAM and fell in love with everything it had to offer. I learned so much about the way my body works to sustain me and give me the power of healing and creation - to gestate and birth new humans and world-moving ideas.

It is my passion and honor to bring knowledge and body literacy to others who live in bodies graced with ovulatory cycles.
